Matt brings a lifelong commitment to serving others, demonstrated through more than 20
years as a baseball coach and private instructor, where he has mentored and invested in
the lives of young people both on and off the field. Professionally, he serves as a Senior
Account Executive with 401k Generation in Orlando, Florida, where he is dedicated to
helping individuals and families plan for a secure future.

The oldest of five children, Matt was raised in Richmond, Virginia, and attended Randolph-
Macon College and Virginia Commonwealth University. His upbringing instilled in him a

strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and community.
Matt lives in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife and daughter, where much of his free time is
spent supporting his daughter at cheer competitions and making lasting family memories.
He is also an active volunteer, supporting organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and
local donation centers, continuing his passion for giving back and strengthening the
community around him.
